In the 3rd round I started playing around 7 with a dull ball. I had a good reaction, but the pins were stubborn. In the 5th game I moved inside to around the 4th arrow and hooked the ball, but I kept getting tapped. In the 6th game I decided to move way outside and try that. Even though I was using a sanded ball, the lanes were a bit tighter than the first day. The reaction was decent, but the ball return was kind of in my way on the left lane. It was more of mental thing, but it kept distracting me as I kept worrying about hitting the return with my hand on the backswing and bumping into it during me approach so that I could be right enough for my yanking 2 board shot. I ended up with +313 which was 18th place while 32nd was +200. Unfortunately the players at the top were averaging over 230. If the scores stay at this pace it should take about a 220 average to make the top 9.
